We get up there, find the actual problem, and show you the photos. No charge, no obligation — and if the roof is fine, we tell you that.
One written price, no deposit
After we've been up there you get the scope in writing — every line item, all labour, materials and clean-up, under one price you approve before we start. Hidden damage means a signed change order, never a surprise on the invoice. Nothing up front: you're invoiced when the work's done.
Repair or replace — we'll say which
If a repair will hold, we do the repair. If the roof is past it and a repair is throwing money at a dying roof, we tell you straight and you decide.
