We get up there, find the actual problem, and show you the photos in a written report. The fee is credited toward the work if you award us the job — and if the roof is fine, we tell you that and you keep the report.
One written price, no deposit
After we've been up there you get the scope in writing — every line item, all labour, materials and clean-up, under one price you approve before we start. Hidden damage means a signed change order, never a surprise on the invoice. Nothing up front: you're invoiced when the work's done.
Repair or replace — we'll say which
If a repair will hold, we do the repair. If the roof is past it and a repair is throwing money at a dying roof, we tell you straight and you decide.
