CALGARY CREW · OPEN BOOKING

A storm doesn't respect trade boundaries. The same hail that took your roof marked the siding, dented the gutters, cracked the fence and pitted the deck — and suddenly you're the one project-managing four contractors who've never met.

We take that off you. Roofing and the building envelope are our own crew. Everything alongside it we bring in and run to our schedule. Either way you're dealing with us, and we're the ones answering for how it goes.

Why it's worth doing this way

The thing that goes wrong on a multi-trade exterior job is order of operations. New sod laid before the tear-off gets destroyed by debris. A deck rebuilt before the siding means installers working over finished boards. Concrete poured before the dumpster leaves means a dumpster on new concrete. None of it is complicated — it just needs one person holding the whole schedule, and on an uncoordinated job nobody is.

OUR OWN CREW

THE ROOF AND EVERYTHING AROUND IT.

WE BRING IN

AND THE REST OF THE OUTSIDE.

We book them, sequence them around our work, and stay the number you call. You never end up chasing four contractors who've never met each other.

QUESTIONS

STRAIGHT ANSWERS.

Do I deal with each trade separately?

No. You deal with us. We book them, sequence them around our work, and sort it out if something slips.

Can I use my own contractor for part of it?

Of course, and plenty of people do. Tell us their schedule early and we'll work around them — the sequencing problem doesn't care who's doing the work.

Is this only for insurance jobs?

No. It's where it helps most, because an exterior claim is a multi-trade job by definition, but it works the same way for a straightforward renovation.

Something you don't do isn't on the list. Can you still help?

Ask. If it's on the outside of a house there's a good chance we know someone, and if we don't we'll say so rather than guess.
