   Ground photos of every slope, fascia, soffits, gutters, siding. Every hail impact marked.

   Photos in your inbox the day of, with a straight read: file a claim, or it can wait.

   We arrive with a quote on letterhead: Hail Defender, Hail Shield, Hail Fortress — material, sqft, colour, warranty, deductible. Pricing locked the moment it prints.

   Walk-through

   We talk trade-offs honestly. Hail Shield (IKO Nordic, Class 4) is the Calgary default — the other two exist for a reason.

   Sign on your phone

   DocuSign envelope auto-sends to your phone mid-appointment. Initial your tier, sign on the phone, paper copy stays with you.

   Insurance handling (if applicable)

   Filing a claim? We submit to your insurer in the format they need and meet your adjuster on the roof. You don't have to learn what a supplement is.

BUILD + WARRANTY

Deposit, install, magnetic sweep, warranty papers. Days on-roof, not weeks.

   Email lands with a Stripe link: deductible only if insured, 30% if out-of-pocket. Pay from your couch.

2. 03.2

   Install

   Crew on-site early. Tear-off, deck inspection, ice & water shield, underlayment, shingles, ridge cap. Most Calgary single-family homes wrap in a couple of days, weather permitting.

3. 03.3

   Cleanup (and the magnet)

   Magnetic sweep across driveway and lawn. Site looks better than we found it.

4. 03.4

   Final invoice + warranty

   Final balance Stripe link, manufacturer warranty registered in your name, 5-year BBR workmanship warranty on letterhead. Plus a thank-you card with a $400 referral code.
