Every project gets a written scope and an itemized price before work starts, and the roof is documented with photographs the same way we document every job. Our licence details and insurance certificates are with you before we start, not after. Hidden damage, like soft decking under the old shingles, is handled through a written change order you approve.
The shingles are IKO: Cambridge, Dynasty or Nordic. A roof replacement carries our 5-year workmanship warranty and a repair our 1-year workmanship warranty on the work we did, plus the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty is stated on the final invoice.
