Multiple gables, deep valleys, dormers and a real chimney — the kind of roof where the price is decided by the detailing rather than the square footage. It came off to bare deck so the sheathing could be looked at properly, went back on over Stormtite, and every plane transition got new flashing rather than the old metal re-bedded.
Photographed from the air at three stages, and on the deck at the one moment the roof was open. That deck-stage set is the part worth having: it is the only chance anyone gets to see what was actually under the old shingles, and it is the first thing an adjuster asks about if a claim follows.
