Nobody's on a ladder in December
That's the whole pitch. Calgary in December is ice, wind and a -25 wind chill, and every year somebody in this city goes off a ladder hanging lights. Ours goes up once, in daylight, by people who are on roofs for a living.
It disappears in the daytime
The track tucks into the fascia line and reads as trim from the street. This is the part people don't believe until they see a house with it off.

We're already the roof guys
Mounting anything to a roofline means fasteners near your shingles, fascia and eaves. That's our day job. A lighting installer who's never built a roof is learning on yours.

Roofline lighting is priced per linear foot of roofline, so the number comes down to how much of the house you want lit. Front elevation only is the common starting point — it's what the street sees and it's the cheapest way in. Wrapping the full perimeter costs more because it's more feet.
- We measure the roofline and give you a written price per foot before anything is ordered.
- You choose the coverage: front only, front and sides, or the full perimeter. The price moves with it.
- One written price covering track, fixtures, mounting and clean-up — the same way we quote a roof.
One year on our workmanship — the mounting, the runs, the fastening. Three years from the manufacturer on the hardware itself. Both are separate from the roofing warranties: a roof from us carries 5-year workmanship and 24-year+ material. Different products, different paper.
